Vendors have the ability within Bloomhub to create up to 4 tiers of pricing for each variable of a product family. This means that if you have a product category called "Ultra Premium Indoor Flower," you have the ability to create multiple size variations and assign different levels of pricing to each.
Once these price tiers are created, you can quickly and easily assign different price tiers to each individual retailer through the built-in CRM in Bloomhub.
This guide will walk you through each step of assigning the price tiers to your retailer buyers account.
Building Price Tiers for Product Families
To add or modify a price tier for a specific product family, first sign in to your Bloomhub Vendor account. Once at the dashboard, click the "Retailers" option on the left-hand side navigation menu.
From here you will see a list of all Retailers in the Bloomhub system.
Pro-Tip: You can use the search bar at the top of this page to quickly locate the retailer you wish to modify.
Click the name of the retailer you wish to adjust pricing details for.
Once you've done so you will be brought to the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) page for that account.
On this page, underneath the account's primary info, there is a large grey button that says "Manage Prices" - click this button to continue.
On the Manage Prices screen you will see the ability to assign a Default Price Tier. Default Price Tier means that any product not otherwise dictated by the price manager will default to that particular tier for each.
If you wish to change every product category to the same price tier, all you need to do is adjust the Default Price Tier for the retailer. To modify specific product families and change the tiering of each, you can do so from the table in this popup.
Example: If your default price tier for RETAILER X is Tier 2, but you are giving them Tier 3 pricing for flower, you can set the Default Price Tier to Tier 2 and modify simply the Flower category to Tier 3.
Once you have set Default and/or Product Family Price Tiers, click the Submit button to finish.
